Darrell Gambero – Chief Executive Officer
Gambero joins the Bader Executive Team with more than 40 years of experience in the insurance industry and 20 years of close association with Bader Company. He has been on the Board of Directors for Bader Company for the last 5 years. He spent more than 15 years as the CEO of Voyager Insurance Companies. During that time, Voyager Insurance was the underwriter for Bader Company’s insurance options. After his tenure with Voyager, Gambero served as President and CEO of Citi Assurance Services, a subsidiary of Citigroup, overseeing all of Citi’s North American consumer insurances.
Timothy Parnell – Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
Tim joined Bader Company in 2010 after serving with the nation’s largest provider of health care benefits for over 20 years. Having proven himself as Marketing Director and VP of Client Relations by developing strong customer relations and retention as well as high growth percentage, Tim was promoted to Executive VP & Chief Operating Officer in May, 2016. Tim is responsible for overseeing day to day operations, revenue growth, client retention and relationships. He manages Bader’s Sales & Marketing Department, Customer Service, Claims Department, IT and the Licensing Department. In 2018, Tim became a member of the Board of Directors for the Simon Youth Foundation in Indianapolis. He is excited to assist local youth to pursue their dreams through education, regardless of their personal circumstances. Parnell earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Faulkner University in Montgomery, Alabama.
Anita Alonzo-Duvall – Vice President, Risk Management
Anita works closely with in-house producers and adjusters, the Sales & Marketing team and Bader’s clients to ensure licensing compliance with governmental insurance regulations. Anita joined the company in 2006 and after working with the Claims Department, Licensing and Executive Team, was promoted to her role in January of 2016. She has worked in the insurance industry since 1997.
Tiffany Smith – Vice President, Human Resources
Tiffany joined Bader Company in 2005 and has over eight years of progressive human resources experience. Tiffany’s mission is to ensure that staff members are trained, developed, empowered, and motivated to contribute to the company’s overall success and growth. She is dedicated to treating each staff member with the highest quality of customer service delivered with integrity, respect, friendliness and company spirit. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Ball State University and earned her Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification thereafter. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Kathy McAbee – Chief Financial Officer
Kathy joined Bader in 2015 with over twenty-five years of experience in management, accounting, human resources and IT. During her professional career, Kathy has successfully directed financial operations in a variety of business environments and managed accounting departments to champion company goals and directives. She has served as a Controller and Division Controller in the hospitality industry where she was instrumental in new openings as well as on-going operations. Additionally, she was the Corporate Controller of a 400 million dollar holding company owning several manufacturers. Her responsibilities included treasury management, budgeting, debt compliance and consolidation. Most recently, Kathy and her team have transformed the finance and accounting department to a core strength at Bader. She received a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University.
Jeff Cook – IT Director
Jeff joined Bader Company in 2005. He has extensive experience with network administration and application development. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Indiana University.
Nadine Rodriguez – Claims Manager
Nadine joined the Bader team in 2006 and brought with her over 25 years experience as Department Manager in Customer service. Having worked at Bader as an adjuster for many years, she was promoted to Claims Manager in January of 2015. She is responsible for overseeing the claims process and the adjusters. She works closely with the Licensing, Sales and Policy Services Departments to ensure that Bader claims are handled promptly, fairly and in compliance with State Regulations. Nadine is a licensed adjuster in 29 states, and has an Accredited Customer Service Representative Designation in Personal Lines. Nadine earned her College Degree in Applied Science at FIT in New York City, her birthplace.
Melinda Steen – Policy Services Manager
Melinda has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years. She joined Bader Company in 2004 as a Processor. Due to the company’s growth, she acquired her Property & Casualty license and has worked in different departments within Bader. Melinda was promoted to Policy Services Manager in February of 2015. Her department is responsible for making sure customer’s requests are completed in a timely manner, always providing excellent service to all of our clients.
